Gerilyn Gleason, CCIM
Gerilyn Gleason, Principal Broker and CEO of CPP brings a wealth of experience to her work with real estate clients. Over the past decade, she has attained the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation, which is the top professional recognition in the field of real estate earned by completing both coursework and significant transactions. She advanced from an associate at NAI Daus to a Vice President and is now CEO and co-founder of Commercial Property Partners. Gerilyn is the only broker in Northeast Ohio who offers space planning and interior design services to her clients, adding speed and tremendous value to these complex transactions. She works on the cutting edge of technology and brings a breadth and depth of experience to her clients that is unparalleled in the field.
Jeffrey M. Kahn
Jeffrey Kahn brings nearly four decades of experience to facilitate real estate services for his clients. His unique career path in brokerage, development, management, and more allows him to connect with his clients as he finds solutions to even the most complex of situations. Jeffrey was born into the Kahn Electric Company family, which evolved from a small residential electrical business to become one of Cleveland’s largest commercial electrical companies. It is through this family business that he learned about construction and real estate. Jeffrey began his real estate career with alan r daus and associates, was a co-founder of NAI Daus brokerage, and the founder of BPS Management. Over the years he has set and achieved goals in brokerage, management, and development, and now his current goal is to be a cutting-edge real estate services provider.
